Payments The prices indicated are inclusive of VAT, containers, packaging. Shipments are made via DHL at a cost of about 5 euros.
Payment can be made:
using the affiliated credit cards and / or the PayPal system;
Dos Santos Marcia Aparecida uses Intesa San Paolo's banking gateway for all electronic payments. In particular, to complete the transaction by paying via Paypal, you are redirected to a secure internet page managed by the same Bank. This obviously does not imply the need to have a current account with this bank. For credit card payments, the card details are transmitted via a secure https connection to the San Paolo gateway which only returns the masked card data (Token) to us. For this reason Dos Santos Marcia Aparecida does not hold the credit card numbers of its Customers but only the unique reference to the data that reside on Intesa San Paolo's Secure Servers.
Credit cards issued by any bank can be used, as long as they belong to authorized circuits.
Delivery Dos Santos Marcia Aparecida delivery directly to the address indicated by the customer at the time of the order; the goods ordered therefore travel completely at the risk of Dos Santos Marcia Aparecida. Depending on the destination area of the goods, deliveries may take place over a period of time ranging from 3 to 5 working days, except for unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Areas Dos Santos Marcia Aparecida carries out deliveries throughout the national territory.
Right of Withdrawal The customer, pursuant to Legislative Decree 06/09/05 N ° 206 and subsequent amendments, has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods within 14 days of receipt, notifying Dos Santos Marcia Aparecida. by calling the phone number 333.7114294 or by writing to info@marciapita.it. It will be the responsibility of Dos Santos Marcia Aparecida to refund the amount paid within 14 days from the communication of the withdrawal by the customer. Any shipping costs incurred by the customer for returning the goods to Dos Santos Marcia Aparecida are refunded together with the price of the goods.
Protection of Minors Minors under the age of 18 are not authorized, unless under the control of an adult family member, to send orders via the online order form.
