My story and that of Higia Methody®️ begin to come to life in a small village in Brazil when I started studying Greek mythology at school.

The Greek myths have always inspired me a lot and opened my mind to a completely different world, allowing me to travel far while living in a small country reality.

Artemis, goddess of nature and beauty, and Apollo the sun god, sons of Zeus, and then Higia, the goddess of health who was the inspiring muse of my work.

It is under his protection and inspiration that I managed to keep strong the determination to spread my message of psycho-physical well-being, I left my hometown to move first to Rio de Janeiro and then to Sao Paulo, thus being able to perfect and to refine different therapeutic massage techniques, from massage therapy to lymphatic drainage.
 

Then came the great possibility of coming to Italy which I consider my second native country. After almost 30 years of study and research, the Higia Methody®️ comes to life in Milan.

Now I would like to share my knowledge and my experience, to make known the many benefits of this massage also at a training level with ad hoc courses on this special method.
