LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE - LEDUC METHOD and VODDER

The 2 methodologies differ mainly in the type of movements performed but are based on the same fundamental principles.

Lymphatic drainage (or lymphatic drainage) is a particular type of massage practiced in the areas of the body affected by excessive reduction of lymphatic circulation and consequent stagnation of liquids in order to reduce peripheral edema, improve blood / lymphatic circulation, avoid swelling, and also obtain a gradual decrease in cellulite.

The technique involves gentle, slow and relaxing movements that bring benefits to health, aesthetics and well-being.
